JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with short-term rental (STR) experience to help grow and maintain our vacation rental brand.

Responsibilities:
-Create and schedule 2–3 Instagram and Facebook posts per week
-Develop engaging content showcasing our homes, guest experiences, local attractions, and promotions
-Maintain a consistent brand presence across social media channels
-Make occasional website updates, including photos, text, blog posts, and property information

Requirements:
-Previous STR, Airbnb, or vacation rental experience (required)
-Experience managing business Instagram and Facebook accounts
-Strong written English and content creation skills
-Experience with Canva and Meta Business Suite
-Basic website maintenance experience (website hosted on MochaHost and managed through cPanel)
-Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
