About us
Linearity is a US luxury handbag brand, handcrafted in Ubrique, Spain and designed in Paris and the UK: mythology-inspired pieces shaped by nature. Our world is quiet and editorial, built on found natural light, muted warm tones, negative space, hands-and-craft imagery, and landscape (think Ladakh light meeting an Andalusian workshop). Less is more, and every post tells a story.
We're hiring one person to own our social presence end to end.
The role
Full ownership of Instagram (primary), TikTok, and Pinterest, from strategy to the published post. You take the raw materials we provide (professional photography, video footage, brand guidelines, templates) and turn them into a disciplined, beautiful, slow-luxury feed. You set the calendar, make the assets, write the words, publish, and tend the community.
This is a behind-the-brand role. We are NOT looking for an on-camera UGC creator or a personal-brand influencer. You won't be the face. You'll be the invisible hand that makes the brand look effortless.
What you'll own (end to end)
Strategy & calendar: monthly content plan across IG, TikTok, Pinterest; decide what posts, when, and with what narrative angle
Visual production: design carousels and feed tiles to our standard; edit supplied footage into slideshow-style Reels/TikToks (natural sound, atmospheric pacing) in CapCut/Premiere
Copy: captions and on-screen text in a restrained, reflective "notebook" voice that is spare, atmospheric, and never salesy
Publishing: schedule and post at optimal times, holding a strict grid composition
Pinterest: build and maintain curated boards
Community: respond to comments and DMs in the brand voice
Reporting: a simple monthly performance read covering what's working and what to adjust
You must have
2-4 years running brand social accounts end to end (not influencer/UGC collabs)
A portfolio of grids you've personally managed in an editorial, quiet-luxury, slow-fashion, or considered-lifestyle register
Strong English writing with a genuine feel for restraint and tone
Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva for editorial-feeling design; CapCut/Premiere for clean, simple video
The discipline to work strictly to brand guidelines, references, and templates
Reliable, communicative, and respectful of deadlines
Nice to have
Experience with luxury, fashion, or craft/heritage brands
Pinterest SEO familiarity
English is the brand's working language; French or Spanish is a bonus, not required
A strong creative program is a plus (not a requirement). Two we rate highly:
Ateneo de Manila University (AB Communication, Information Design, or BFA): refined writing, storytelling, and a polished brand voice
De La Salle College of Saint Benilde (Multimedia Arts / AB Photography): practical graphic design, video editing, and social-first visual execution
Not a fit if
Your work is bright, high-energy, salesy, or performer-forward
You're a UGC creator looking for paid collaborations
You need heavy direction for every single post
Logistics
Full-time, remote
Mostly async; some weekly overlap for live check-ins (our team spans the US, Paris, and the UK, so we'll align on a window)
$800-1,500/month USD, paid monthly, based on experience and portfolio
We begin with a paid one-month trial with clear deliverables before any ongoing commitment
How to apply
Read this carefully. Applications that skip these steps won't be considered.
Begin your message with the word UBRIQUE so I know you read the full post.
Write three sample captions in the voice described above, for a photo of a leather handbag resting on stone in soft natural light.
Link two brand accounts/grids you have personally run end to end (not collab or UGC reels), with one line on your role in each.
Link one project that is genuinely yours and tell me, in two or three sentences, the thinking behind it.
I read every application that follows these steps. Looking forward to seeing your tone.
