[IMMEDIATE START] Web Designer & Builder | Great Pay - $650 - $900 per month

I am looking to hire a motivated and talented web designer and builder for a full-time (40 hours per week) 3 month position at my digital agency, with the opportunity to extend after based on performance

Your main responsibilities will include the following:

1. Designing and building high-converting WordPress & Shopify websites and landing pages (with a large focus on Elementor)
2. Creating mobile-optimized, responsive designs that perform flawlessly across all devices
3. Developing SEO-optimized websites with proper meta-titles, header structures, and technical implementations
4. Managing website migrations, hosting setups, domain transfers, and technical configurations
5. Collaborating directly with clients to understand their vision and deliver exceptional results
6. Leveraging AI tools to streamline design workflows and accelerate project delivery
7. Leveraging automation tools like Zapier / ---------- , and assisting with additional CRM workflows for clients on tools such as Go High Level, Active Campaign, and Klaviyo

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

1. High-level WordPress skills with advanced Elementor proficiency for building custom layouts and designs
Strong web design abilities creating professional, conversion-focused websites for service-based businesses (and potentially eCommerce)
2. Experience with hosting management, DNS settings, cPanel, and domain configurations
3. Knowledge of website migrations including htaccess files, database transfers, and core file management
4. Excellent English communication skills for direct client interaction and project management

Bonus skills:

1. Experience with Webflow, Framer, Shopify, or basic custom development knowledge
2. Integrating automation tools like Zapier and ---------- to connect forms with CRMs and other platforms
3. Experience with Email platforms like Klaviyo, and CRM's such as Go High Level
