AI Video Creator / Short form Editor — Monthly Retainer

Hiring: Full-Time AI Video Editor (CapCut)
I'm looking for a full-time CapCut editor to make AI videos using tools like HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Nano Banana Pro, Kling, Veo 3.1, Grok, and more.

The work is simple once you learn it: I give you a script, you generate the AI clips and the AI character talking, drop the voice in, and edit it together in CapCut. You'll be trained extensively on all of it. Previous CapCut experience is required — the AI tools you don't need any experience with, we'll teach you.

It's genuinely easy once you get the hang of it.

What you need
Strong attention to detail (this matters most)
Strong written + spoken English
Strong, reliable internet connection
Previous experience with CapCut / TikTok / Instagram editing
Good at working with a team
Quick to learn and able to take feedback without getting defensive
Available 6–8 hours a day (never more, sometimes less)
Able to work 5–6 days a week (days off whenever you need them, as long as you're mostly consistent)
Can receive payment through Wise
Philippines or similar time zone
Pay
$400/month base + bonuses ($50 per 1M views)
Roughly $4–6 per video, 3–4 videos a day
Pay grows as you get faster and your videos perform
