Remote Appointment Setter — Earn Up to $1,850/Month

Our system works and we need a sharp, driven appointment setter to help us scale.

This isn't another dead-end VA gig. This is a performance-based role where the harder you work, the more you earn. Top performers have a direct path to team lead positions and higher base pay.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Messaging warm leads on Instagram, Facebook, and email — these are people who already engaged with our content (not cold outreach)
Building genuine rapport and qualifying leads through conversation
Booking appointments for our clients' sales teams
Tracking every conversation and follow-up in our CRM and KPI Tracker
Hitting daily and weekly booking targets
Joining weekly training calls to sharpen your skills and review scripts

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Excellent written and spoken English (near-native level — this is non-negotiable)
Strong communicator who can read people and adapt tone
Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent — you don't need to be reminded to do your job
Self-motivated — you show up, clock in, and grind without being micromanaged
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup
Available to work during U.S. business hours (Eastern Time)
Coachable — you take feedback and apply it immediately

COMPENSATION — HERE'S WHERE IT GETS GOOD:
Base Salary: $300/month (paid $150 bi-weekly)
Commission: $50 per closed deal
Monthly Bonuses:
5 closes: $100 bonus
10 closes: $200 bonus
15 closes: $300 bonus
20 closes: $500 bonus

What That Actually Looks Like:
5 deals/month = $650 total
10 deals/month = $1,000 total
15 deals/month = $1,350 total
20 deals/month = $1,850 totalPayment: Wise (TransferWise) or PayPal — paid in USD, every two weeks, on time, every time.
