Pinterest SEO Specialist (Premium Women's Health)

About Us
We are a growing, premium botanical supplement brand based in North America. We focus on women navigating midlife transitions (perimenopause and menopause). Our aesthetic is highly elevated, minimalist, and deeply trustworthy. We are a small, tech-forward team that heavily utilizes AI to work smarter, and we are looking for someone who shares that mindset.

The Role
We are looking for a true Pinterest expert. We do not view Pinterest as social media; we view it as a visual search engine.
We need a specialist who understands Pinterest SEO, long-tail keyword research, and board architecture to build our organic traffic engine. If your primary experience is managing Instagram or TikTok, this is not the right fit. We are looking for someone whose absolute strength is Pinterest.

This is a part-time remote role starting at 5 to 10 hours/week, with strong potential to grow as the channel scales.

What You Will Do
- Pinterest SEO: Conduct ongoing keyword research around women’s health, sleep, nervous system support, and midlife wellness.
- Content Repurposing: Take our existing blog posts, founder notes, and website copy, and use AI to spin them into distinct, keyword-optimized pin titles and descriptions.
- Pin Creation: Drop our copy and imagery into our strict Canva templates. You must exercise design restraint and maintain our minimalist, premium aesthetic.
- Account Management: Schedule 15 to 20 pins a week (Standard and Idea pins) using Tailwind or the native scheduler.
- Analytics Tracking: Monitor outbound clicks and impressions, adjusting the keyword strategy based on what actually drives traffic to our Shopify store.

What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of dedicated experience growing organic Pinterest accounts for brands.
- Deep understanding of Pinterest as a search engine, not a social platform.
- An eye for clean, minimalist design. You respect white space and typography.
- Highly comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to assist with copywriting and repurposing.
- Self-directed and proactive. We want someone who owns this channel and tells us what is working.

Compensation
$6 to $9/hr depending on experience.
