About Us

We are a dropshipping company operating Google ADS Shopify stores across international markets. We move fast, test new products regularly, and focus heavily on product quality, conversion rate, and performance.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Lister who understands Shopify, product optimization, supplier communication, and how to create listings that are not only accurate but also built to sell. Also we need someone who can read data and based on amount of clicks, CTR knows what to do with old listings.

This role is ideal for someone who already has experience with Shopify product listing and wants to grow long-term with a performance-focused e-commerce team.

What You Will Do

* Add and edit products on Shopify using the Poky app
* Add product size charts on our fashion stores and make sure product information is complete and accurate
* Communicate with suppliers and update prices, images, descriptions, and product details based on supplier quotations
* Edit and improve product photos using AI tools and Canva
* Create and improve SEO-friendly product titles
* Regularly update titles for products with low traffic
* Improve high-performing product offers to increase conversion rates
* Make sure product listings are clean, accurate, attractive, and conversion-optimized
* Follow instructions, SOPs, and feedback carefully

Requirements

Must have:

- Documented experience as a Product Lister (Minimum couple months)
- Experience adding products to Shopify using Poky
- Experience in fashion dropshipping (creating size charts)
- Experience working with Shopify dropshipping stores operating on google
- Ability to create SEO-optimized product titles
- Experience editing product photos using AI tools and Canva
- Good understanding of product descriptions, pricing, images, variants, and size charts
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Proactive attitude and willingness to improve listings based on performance data

Nice to have
- Experience optimizing listings for better conversion rate
- Experience working with suppliers
- Experience managing multiple products, niches, or stores
- Basic understanding of Google Shopping / GMC-compliant listings
