ManyChat Funnel Automation Specialist

We're looking for a Facebook & Instagram Funnel Automation Specialist for a fast-growing spiritual content and manifestation brand.

This role is for someone who has already built and run this exact system for other businesses — FB/IG comment triggers, ManyChat automation flows, and landing page conversion.

We are not looking for someone who can learn it. We need someone who has done it, can prove it, and is genuinely obsessed with making the numbers better every single week.

What You'll Be Doing

Building, maintaining, and continuously improving ManyChat flows — sequences, tags, conditional logic, and follow-up messages

Monitoring performance at every stage of the funnel — comment-to-trigger rate, DM open rate, click-through to landing page, and overall conversion rate — every single day

Spotting where people are dropping off, forming a clear hypothesis about why, and making changes to fix it
Reporting to the founder weekly with a simple breakdown of what the numbers are doing and what you are doing about it
Working closely with our engagement VA — feeding them insights on which comment styles are converting, which posts are bringing the best leads, and what language is working in the DMs

Flagging when something is broken and fixing it fast — this funnel is live and revenue-generating
Suggesting improvements to the landing page experience based on what the traffic data is telling you
What We Need From You

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience running FB/IG comment-to-ManyChat-to-landing page funnels — specifically this system, not general social media marketing

You must be able to show us real examples of funnels you have built and the results they produced — conversion rates, click-through rates, revenue impact

You are genuinely obsessed with data — you check the numbers without being asked, you notice when something shifts before anyone else does, and you always know exactly what the funnel is doing and why

Deep working knowledge of ManyChat — flows, tags, sequences, broadcasts, live chat handoff, and integrations
You can read funnel analytics clearly, explain what they mean in plain language, and turn them into specific actions

Strong written English for weekly reporting and communication with the founder

Experience in spiritual, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage
