Influencer Manager for Fast-Growing Unique E-commerce Brand

My name is Halil, and I am the founder of Miras, a sportswear start-up.

We strive to create the best football shirts on planet earth. We have done so with our first launch, by creating a Turkish football shirt that received an unbelievable response.

People instantly fell in love with it, and the demand has been unlike anything we have seen before. It feels like we are writing a new chapter in football shirt design.

Now we want to go bigger with the World Cup. We are launching new products, new strategies... it will be truly amazing. We are aiming for 1,2 million in revenue at least in the next month and I need your help.

Our marketing strategy is built around working with a lot of micro-influencers and creators. We send them our shirts, they create videos with the product, and they post the content on their own profiles. We then use those videos for our ads on Instagram, TikTok, and very soon Snapchat and Google Ads as well.

This creator system is one of the most important parts of the company. Without micro-influencers, there is no marketing. Without marketing, there are no sales. Without sales, there is no business.

That is why your role is extremely important, in fact one of the most important roles in the business.

You will be responsible for making sure the creator machine keeps running every single day. Reaching out to creators, communicating with them in their own language using AI, organizing shipments, following up, collecting videos, updating ClickUp, and making sure everything happens as fast as possible.

We are looking for someone who is fast, organized, proactive, good at communication, comfortable using AI and ClickUp, and excited to grow with us.
