JOB OVERVIEW
A U.S.-based career coach and keynote speaker is looking for a Virtual Assistant who lives in the details of social media and knows how to take half-finished content and make it land.
This is not a general VA role. The primary job is LinkedIn content management: scheduling posts, closing the last 30% of drafts, keeping a consistent publishing cadence, and making everything look polished before it goes live. Everything else — resume reformatting, Asana management, B2B outreach support — layers on top of that core skill.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Content and LinkedIn Management (primary, ~50% of your time)
Manage the LinkedIn content calendar and keep posting consistent week over week
Take 70%-complete drafts and get them publish-ready: close gaps, fix formatting, ensure visual quality
Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn and other platforms
Monitor engagement and flag anything that needs attention
Resume and Career Documents
Reformat resumes in Microsoft Word using custom AI prompts (Claude preferred)
Convert resumes into LinkedIn summaries, cover letters, and other career documents
Refine AI-generated output so it sounds human, not generated
Speaking and Event Operations
Process post-event survey responses and send segmented outreach by response type
Conduct LinkedIn outreach to event attendees using provided templates
Track pre- and post-event logistics in Asana
Business Development Support
Support B2B outreach to wealth management firms and companies going through layoffs
Help maintain outreach sequences and track pipeline activity
Operations and Reporting
Manage Asana daily: update task statuses, flag what needs attention, keep dashboards current
Send daily and weekly activity reports
WHO THIS IS FOR
You have managed LinkedIn or social media for a coach, consultant, speaker, or personal brand before. Not just scheduled posts but owned the cadence, caught the gaps, and kept things moving without being chased.
You know how to use AI tools (Claude specifically) and you know the difference between raw generated output and something that is actually ready to publish. You fix the output. You do not just paste it.
You finish things. When something is stuck, you say so before it becomes a problem.
You have reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office setup. Connectivity issues are a dealbreaker for this role.
REQUIRED
Demonstrated experience managing LinkedIn or social media for a coach, consultant, or personal brand
Proficiency with Claude or similar AI tools, with the judgment to refine output
Asana or equivalent project management experience
Professional written English
Microsoft Word and Google Suite proficiency
Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office

Background in career coaching, staffing, or HR
B2B outreach or lead generation experience
Experience with content scheduling tools
COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE
Rate: $8 to $10 USD per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week to start, path to 40 hours based on performance
Schedule: Flexible async with 2 to 3 hours daily overlap at 2:00 PM Pacific (5:00 AM Philippine Time)
