## Position Overview
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating content, designing static ad creatives, and writing creative briefs that drive measurable results for our clients. This is a content-first role. You will not edit video, but you will direct video production through detailed creative briefs to our Creative Director.

## Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with each client's business goals
- RESEARCH winning social content and compile into content plans for redistribution and re use for our clients
- Post for our clients accounts once your receive the finished content from our post production pipeline
- Write scripts, captions, and ad copy that convert across platforms
- Design static images and ad creatives for paid and organic social campaigns
- Write detailed creative briefs for the Creative Director (video editing is handled by the production team)
- Build content aligned with full-funnel strategy: TOF (awareness), MOF (consideration), BOF (conversion)
- Monitor and respond to community engagement across all platforms
- Track performance metrics and produce clear, client-ready reports
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices
- Integrate SEO best practices into social media content and profiles
- Collaborate with the Ads Manager to align organic and paid content strategy

## Non-Negotiables
- Proven track record managing social media accounts with measurable, results-driven campaigns
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills across multiple formats
- Ability to design scroll-stopping static ad creatives
- Deep understanding of Meta and other major social platforms
- Understanding of full-funnel content strategy: TOF, MOF, and BOF
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and performance reporting
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and reliable in a fully remote setup
