Master Mounts Installations is a growing Texas-based low-voltage and technology installation company specializing in:
TV mounting
Commercial AV systems
Network installations
Wi-Fi systems
Speaker installations
Surveillance systems
Structured cabling
We are seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant / Project Coordinator to help manage daily operations, customer communication, scheduling, invoicing, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries via email and phone
Schedule appointments and coordinate technicians
Prepare estimates and proposals
Follow up on leads and customers
Manage CRM and customer records
Track projects and job progress
Organize documents and photos
Handle basic bookkeeping and invoice tracking
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Assist with social media and online marketing as needed
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Reliable internet connection
Experience with Google Workspace
Experience with scheduling and customer service
Ability to learn construction, AV, and low-voltage terminology
