Marketing Assistant & Growth Coordinator (Remote)

We're looking for a Marketing Assistant & Growth Coordinator to join Bespoke Agency.

This isn't a traditional VA role.

We're looking for someone who can help execute marketing campaigns, support client communication, keep projects moving, and help us grow both our agency and our clients' businesses.

You'll work directly with the founder and become a key part of a small, ambitious team.

What You'll Be Doing
Marketing
Creating and scheduling social media content
Repurposing podcast content into posts, emails and clips
Supporting email marketing campaigns
Assisting with lead generation campaigns
Helping manage our CRM and marketing systems
Researching prospects, podcasts and partnership opportunities
Client Success
Managing client communications
Following up on action items fro ---------- etings
Keeping projects on track
Coordinating between clients and internal tea ---------- mbers
Ensuring deadlines are met
Operations
Organising tasks and priorities
Updating project management systems
Identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements
Helping improve internal processes

Confidence communicating with clients
Ability to work independently
