Lead Gen Support

A fast-growing small company in the US is seeking an excellent lead-gen support for our team. You'll be supporting our research team. This is an overnight shift in the Philippines, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time. Your day starts at 10:30am ET and ends at 7:30pm ET.

We are looking for someone interested in growing into a long-term role with the company, not short-term freelance work. This role is well suited for someone early in their career who is reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, coachable and consistent. Strong performers will have opportunities to grow in both responsibility and compensation over time.

Typical responsibilities: Lead gen (research and identify) high quality candidates based on specific criteria. Outreach to candidates and booking appointments.

Requirements: strong written English, strong attention to detail, organized, communicates clearly and concisely, takes ownership of tasks.
