5pm-9pm EST, Mon-Thursday Only
$4.5USD/hr * 4 hours = $18USD per shift * 4 times a week = $72USD/week ~4400PHP/week
$288USD/month = 17,700PHP

Just 16hrs per week live on the phones and you get a 3 day weekend.

We are hiring a part-time phone agent to handle inbound sales qualification calls for our personal injury law firm intake center.
I have already hired 2 past freelancers from onlinejobs.ph and they are happy and successfully fulfilling this role.
You will report directly to me, I am from Canada.

Requirements
- Must have at least 4 yrs of experience working in a call center / BPO
- Must have a headset with clear audio quality
- Must have a quiet room with minimal background noise
- Must have a reliable internet connection; even better if you have power station to prevent outlet
- Must be live on Slack and responsive during your shift
- Must maintain a call pickup time of under 5 seconds throughout the shift

Preferred Candidate
- Women candidates preferred from a vocal quality, and empathetic phone voice perspective
- If you have done Inbound Sales, high volume of calls, and/or had sales training, this is highly valued, mention in your recording
- If you have worked in the legal industry before, and specifically MVA please mention as this is highly valued
- If you have worked as a Call Support Team Lead in the past, this experience is highly valued, mention in your recording.
- Has a professional phone presence

Ideal Candidate
- Our best candidate spent 5yrs+ working in a BPO, was promoted from Agent, to SME, to Team Lead, then wanted to transition to freelance and WFH job. They worked doing Social Security Disability Insurance calls for Americans which is pretty similar to what we do here since we do personal injury law.
- We have another freelancer who was a former team lead, who has a second freelance job on the side that is only 4h, but on a different time schedule so she is able to work both jobs.

As our call center grows there will be possibility of full time and extension of hours, but we currently staff during these main peak hours as that is when we have the most calls coming in.

Main Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls quickly during your shift
- Ask the four qualification questions provided in the script
- Follow the script closely and consistently
- Quickly transfer qualified leads to a manager
- Fill out a short Google Form with the caller’s information
- Record each call/lead in the daily report
- Stay active and responsive on Slack during your shift

Breaks
- No breaks during the 4hr shift

Success Metrics

Your success will be measured by:
- No missed calls during the shift
- Number of successful transfers
- Accuracy of call notes and Google Form submissions

Average handling time and first-call resolution are not relevant for this position. The priority is answering calls quickly, qualifying leads accurately, and transferring qualified leads to a manager.

Work
- I will conduct interviews the week of June 15
- First round interview is a 15min roleplay with a script
- First day I will train you how to do the job with our call center software
- First day is a paid trial to ensure you are able to the job. I will pay you upfront.
- After that I will pay you monthly on the 1st of each month via Wise
