Google Ads & Bing Ads Specialist — Multi-Account Portfolio (Lead Gen + E-commerce)
Rate: $10/hour
Hours: 1 hour/day, Monday–Friday (5 hours/week)
Schedule: Morning CST shift preferred (between 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM CST)
Payment: Weekly via PayPal
Location: Remote, contractor role
About the Work
We manage paid search across a portfolio of B2B and e-commerce businesses. We need a specialist who can run multiple accounts efficiently, prioritize by business need each day, and execute consistent week-over-week optimization without hand-holding.
Accounts you'll manage:
Plastic Fusion — Industrial/environmental B2B (geomembrane liners, HDPE, biogas covers). Established account, 11 campaigns, lead-gen focused.
TriHaz Solutions — Medical waste compliance B2B. Established account, lead-gen focused, multi-state targeting.
The Trade Table — E-commerce (high-ticket fireplaces, saunas, outdoor goods). Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
Sharps Disposal Containers — E-commerce (medical sharps containers). Shopping and search campaigns.
You'll manage both Google Ads and Bing Ads for each account. Bing campaigns mirror Google, so most days you'll be importing Google-side adjustments rather than running them independently.
What We Need You to Own
Daily search terms review and negative keyword additions
Bid optimization on Manual CPC (we don't run smart bidding without proven conversion density)
Ad copy testing and refinement
Conversion tracking integrity — flag anything broken immediately
Quality Score and impression share monitoring
Weekly performance summary with CPL, lead quality observations, and recommended next moves
For e-commerce accounts: Shopping feed health, Performance Max campaign optimization, ROAS targeting
What We're Looking For
3+ years managing Google Ads accounts at the strategic level (not just tactical button-pushing)
Hands-on experience with both lead-gen B2B and e-commerce/Shopping campaigns — not just one
Comfort with Manual CPC bidding and a clear philosophy on when smart bidding is and isn't appropriate
Bing Ads experience required
Strong written communication for daily Slack updates
Self-directed — you'll be working asynchronously with minimal oversight
