Job Title: Full-Time Customer Support & Administrative Coordinator (Voice & Video Meetings)
Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Hours: US Pacific Business Hours (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
Salary: $5.00 - $7.00 per hour (Paid weekly or monthly)
Reports to: Hospitality Director

Overview
-We at Deloro Valley are a premier event and retreat venue in California's Sierra Foothills handling high-dollar contracts and bookings (including weddings and corporate retreats). We are hiring a collaborative, highly articulate, and fiercely detail-oriented -Full-Time Virtual Assistant to manage our initial customer support, lead intake, and administrative workflows.
-This role involves regular internal team video meetings and direct, voice-based interactions with prospective clients. You will represent our high-end venue with exceptional warmth, precision, and responsiveness.

What You Will Do
-Inbound Lead Management: Respond to inbound event inquiries (brides, planners, corporate clients) via email and platfor ---------- ssaging, gathering precise details (dates, guest counts, budget) and prequalifying leads in TripleSeat CRM.
-Flawless Data Entry: Enter and update client data, booking dates, and financial fields. A single misplaced digit can disrupt an entire event schedule, so accuracy is paramount. Customer contracts are long and detailed.
-Customer & Team Communication: Participate in regular online video meetings with internal staff. Handle inbound/outbound phone calls or Zoom chats with prospective customers to answer baseline FAQs and capture essential booking details.
-General Admin Support: Complete data entry, document formatting, and scheduling support as assigned by the Hospitality Director.

Requirements
-2+ years of experience in customer support, administrative assistance, front-desk hospitality, or client operations.
-Impeccable Spoken & Written English: Ability to speak clearly, confidently, and write with a polished, professional tone suitable for high-dollar clientele.
-Attention to Detail: You double-check your work naturally. You notice formatting errors, date mismatches, and grammatical mistakes before hitting send.
-Technical Infrastructure: A reliable high-speed internet connection (with a backup plan), a high-quality microphone/headset, and a strictly quiet, distraction-free home office workspace.
-Meeting Comfort: Fully comfortable participating in daily internal/external video meetings (Zoom, Google Meet) with your camera on.
-CRM Experience: Experience with CRM tools (TripleSeat experience is a massive plus).
