Key Responsibilities:

Source, recruit, and interview qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses and allied health staff.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our applicant tracking system.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare staffing regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with the HR and operations teams to meet staffing goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in healthcare or nursing staffing.
Strong understanding of healthcare roles, certifications, and licensing requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting software/ATS.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
