JOB OVERVIEW

I own and operate multiple growing home service and marketing-related brands in the United States, including exterior cleaning, pressure washing, roof cleaning, roof rejuvenation, gutter services, and a developing internal marketing company.

I am looking for a long-term remote assistant who can help organize and execute marketing operations across several brands.

This is not a basic data-entry VA role.
This is not only a social media posting role.
This is not just graphic design.

I need someone who can help build systems, manage tasks, organize campaigns, track leads, update spreadsheets, coordinate content, manage CRM tasks, help with SOPs, and keep multiple marketing projects moving.

You will help create structure across multiple brands and eventually help us build a real marketing company from the systems we use internally.

You may help organize and support marketing operations for:
- Exterior cleaning company
- Pressure washing brand
- Roof rejuvenation brand
- Gutter business
- Future marketing agency clients

You do not need experience in these exact industries, but experience with local service businesses, contractors, agencies, real estate, home services, or lead generation is a strong bonus.

You may help with:
- Google Sheets dashboards
- Google Drive organization
- GoHighLevel / CRM organization
- Lead tracking
- Content calendars
- Campaign tracking
- Weekly marketing reports
- Facebook group posting tracking
- Canva graphics and content coordination
- SOP creation
- Task management
- Contractor/freelancer coordination
- Client/project folder organization
- Basic research and competitor research
- Review request tracking
- CRM pipeline cleanup
- Missed lead follow-up tracking
- Basic landing page or website update coordination
- Simple reporting dashboards
- Organizing ad creatives, copy, videos, and campaign assets
- Helping build systems for a future marketing agency

- Only wants to post on social media
- Needs every tiny step explained forever
- Does not like spreadsheets or systems
- Does not communicate when stuck
- Sends generic copy/paste applications
- Cannot work with multiple projects at once

REQUIREMENTS

- Strong written English
- Strong organization skills
- Experience with Google Sheets
- Experience with Google Drive
- Experience with Canva or similar tools
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
- Able to record Loom videos when needed
- Able to work at least 2-4 hours overlapping with U.S. Eastern Time
- Reliable internet connection
- Long-term mindset
- Willing to complete a paid test project before hiring

SCHEDULE

This can start as part-time and grow into full-time.
- Starting at 20 hours per week for a paid trial
- Potential to grow into 30-40 hours per week
- Must have some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time

PAY

Pay depends on experience. Please include your desired hourly rate and desired monthly full-time rate in your application. We are looking for the right long-term person, not the cheapest person.
