A confidential, established IT solutions provider with over a decade in business. We're a small, dynamic team looking for a driven professional who can lead our paid social advertising efforts while keeping campaigns and internal projects running smoothly.

Position Overview
We're seeking a results-oriented Social Media Advertising Manager & Project Manager who combines deep expertise in paid social advertising with the organizational skills to manage campaigns and internal team workflows end-to-end. You'll own our paid advertising strategy while ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Start Date: June 2026
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional weekends
Time Zones: Pacific to Eastern US
Employment Type: Corp-to-corp or electronic payment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Paid Social Media Advertising:
Plan, build, and manage paid ad campaigns across Facebook/Instagram and LinkedIn
Develop compelling ad copy and audience targeting strategies
Monitor and optimize campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, conversions)
Conduct A/B testing on copy and audiences to maximize ROI
Manage advertising budgets and deliver regular performance reports
Stay current on platform algorithm changes, ad policies, and best practices
Build and refine retargeting audiences and lookalike strategies

Project Management:
Oversee internal marketing campaign timelines from kickoff to completion
Coordinate tasks across the internal team to ensure deliverables stay on track
Maintain project documentation, workflows, and status updates
Identify bottlenecks and proactively communicate risks or delays
Use project management tools to organize priorities and workloads
Report campaign and project progress to leadership regularly


REQUIRED SKILLS

Technical:

Facebook
Ads Manager & LinkedIn Campaign Manager: Advanced, hands-on proficiency
Audience targeting, pixel setup, conversion tracking, and attribution
Analytics platforms: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics
CRM tools: HighLevel or similar platforms (preferred)
Marketing automation: scheduling tools, email campaigns, reporting

Project Management & Communication:
Certified Project Manager required — PMP certification strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
Comfortable leading internal team coordination in a remote environment

Soft Skills:
Self-starter who takes ownership without heavy oversight
Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Collaborative team player who communicates proactively
Highly organized with strong time management


NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

? Certified Project Manager (PMP preferred) — unverified candidates will not advance

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience advertising IT, SaaS, or technology services
Knowledge of IT concepts (cloud, cybersecurity, managed services)
Understanding of LinkedIn for B2B lead generation in the IT/MSP space
Additional skills: Google Ads
