JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based youth enrichment company seeking a proven outbound sales professional to join our remote team. This is a high-impact role focused on booking and closing partnerships with schools, daycares, and community organizations for our children’s sports and fitness programs.

You will not be prospecting blindly—we provide qualified lead lists. Your job is to connect, build rapport, manage the sales process, and close.

What You’ll Do:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to schools, childcare centers, and community organizations
- Manage a structured sales funnel and multi-touch outreach campaign (calls, follow-ups, and persistence to drive response)
- Pitch and secure program partnerships for Soccer Stars & Amazing Athletes
- Confidently handle objections by applying relevant, industry-specific points of view that resonate with schools and childcare providers
- Track outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline activity using our CRM/tools
- Consistently meet or exceed call and revenue targets

Service-based sales emphasis:
This role requires experience selling services (not physical products), where success depends on building trust, communicating value, and navigating longer, relationship-driven sales cycles.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1.5+ years of outbound sales experience (service-based sales required; no product-only backgrounds)
- Proven ability to manage a pipeline and execute multi-touch follow-up strategies to convert leads
- Strong phone presence with clear, confident English
- Skilled at objection handling using thoughtful, relevant positioning (not scripted responses)
- Proven closer—you can point to real revenue results
- Experience selling to schools, education, childcare, or B2B clients is a major plus
- Highly organized and consistent with follow-up
- Comfortable working U.S. Eastern Time hours

Required Application Materials (Important). To be considered, you must submit:
- A Sales Brag Book (portfolio of results, metrics, or wins)
- A short summary of your top 2–3 career sales achievements, along with a brief overview of the skills, experience, and personal traits you bring that make you a strong fit for this role
- Willingness to complete a live mock sales call / role play

Candidates who cannot demonstrate real sales performance will not move forward.

Compensation
- Paid hourly during training and ramp period
- Transition to base pay + performance bonuses
- Bonuses tied directly to closed business and the value of new school, childcare, and camp partnerships created.
- Realistic on-target earnings after ramp are approximately $1,100–$1,500 USD per month, with additional upside for strong performers.
