Full-Stack Developer (TypeScript / Node / React) — Live Web App

We're a small product company looking for a reliable full-stack developer to work on our live web application. You'll handle bug fixes, improvements, and new features on an existing production codebase.

This is not a "copy-paste from AI" role. You can use AI tools, but you must actually understand the code you write, debug it, test it, and not break what's already working. We value clean, careful work over speed.

What you'll do:
Build new features end-to-end (frontend + backend + database)
Fix bugs and improve our existing production code
Integrate external services (payments, push notifications, AI/LLM APIs, file storage)
Write code that is safe, tested, and maintainable
Required skills:

Strong TypeScript / Node.js
React
PostgreSQL (or solid SQL experience)
Git, and the ability to read and safely modify code you didn't write
Real debugging skills (not just prompting an AI)
Good written English

Nice to have:
Experience with REST APIs, Stripe/payments, real-time chat, AWS (S3/RDS)
Experience working on production apps with real users
How we work:

Async, remote, with some overlap for quick check-ins

We start with a small paid test task (a real, isolated fix) before committing — this is how we evaluate everyone
Part-time to start, growing to full-time for the right person
