Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, organized, and dependable Content & Marketing Communications Coordinator to support patient engagement, referral partner communication, and marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. This remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, communication, relationship-building, and working independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Create and manage monthly content calendars for blogs, newsletters,
· Write monthly mental health blogs and repurpose content into social media posts, newsletters, patient handouts, and marketing
· Coordinate and send monthly patient and PCP newsletters through CRM systems
· Design and distribute physician fax flyers twice monthly based on seasonal and mental health themes
· Review and approve social media content to ensure brand consistency and relevance
· Maintain and organize referral partner databases and communication workflows within GoHighLevel
· Monitor websites monthly to ensure provider information, services, and content remain accurate and updated
· Communicate weekly with the webmaster regarding provider additions, updates, and removals
· Coordinate referral partner follow-ups, thank-you notes, and relationship touchpoints
· Support patient engagement initiatives through appointment reminder campaigns, educational outreach, and re-engagement communication for canceled or missed appointments
· Add new intake patients into drip campaigns to help improve appointment attendance and show rates
· Send pre-appointment information including telehealth instructions, paperwork reminders, cancellation policies, and preparation guidance
· Ensure all communication efforts remain HIPAA compliant and aligned with company policies and brand standards
· Assist with additional marketing, outreach, and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
· Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
· Creative and able to develop engaging marketing materials independently
· Comfortable multitasking, managing deadlines, and working remotely
· Knowledge of mental health services preferred
· Experience with CRM systems, marketing platforms, or healthcare settings preferred
· Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
· Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
