JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone who can take raw video, podcast, and marketing content and manage the entire workflow from editing to publishing across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. Our videographers can provide you with a vast amount of content. Real Estate background is preferred but not required. This is a part time position to start with excellent long term, full time potential. We are a start up and are searching for the right candidate that is skilled and passionate about content workflow and is excited to grow with us. Our mission is to help people learn, earn, and grow within the real estate sector with a strong emphasis on personal growth and business savvy mastermind training. We will schedule interviews with interested candidates that meet our criteria.

Qualifications

2+ years in video editing or social-media content operations (real estate experience preferred but not required).
Proficiency with editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent) and basic motion graphics.
Strong understanding of platform specs (aspect ratios, durations, captions) and best practices for IG, FB, YouTube, and TikTok.
Excellent written communication for descriptions, captions, and onboarding notes.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Portfolio or 2–3 sample pieces (edited videos or finished social posts) showing editing style and platform optimization.
