We are looking for someone who can take raw video, podcast, and marketing content and manage the entire workflow from editing to publishing across Instagram,
If you’re passionate about turning raw footage into compelling, scalable social content and want to grow with a mission-driven real estate education startup, we’d love to hear from you. We’re scheduling interviews on a rolling basis.
Qualifications
2+ years in video editing or social-media content operations (real estate experience preferred but not required).
Proficiency with editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent) and basic motion graphics.
Strong understanding of platform specs (aspect ratios, durations, captions) and best practices for IG, FB, YouTube, and TikTok.
Excellent written communication for descriptions, captions, and onboarding notes.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Portfolio or 2–3 sample pieces (edited videos or finished social posts) showing editing style and platform optimization.
