We are looking for someone who has a lot of experience working with Meta ads for D2C brands. You need to understand what makes ads convert, not just what looks nice. You should know how to create strong hooks, clean cuts, fast pacing, scroll-stopping visuals, subtitles, product benefits, social proof, call-to-actions, and variations for testing.
You should also be very good with AI tools and know how to use AI to create better, faster, and more creative ad content.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Editing Meta ads for
Creating high-converting UGC-style ads
Editing founder ads and spokesperson-style ads
Creating bottom-funnel ads focused on conversions
Turning raw clips into polished ad creatives
Using AI tools to improve video ads and speed up production
Adding subtitles, hooks, overlays, product benefits, emojis, effects, transitions, and CTAs
Creating multiple ad variations for testing
Repurposing winning creatives into new versions
Editing product-focused D2C ads
Understanding direct-response creative structure
Working fast and delivering new creatives consistently
Communicating clearly with the team
Thinking creatively about new ad angles
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong experience editing Meta ads for D2C brands
Understands
Has experience with UGC ads, founder ads, product ads, and bottom-funnel ads
Is very comfortable using AI video tools
Understands hooks, angles, CTAs, social proof, urgency, benefits, and objections
Can create ads that are made to convert, not just look beautiful
Speaks and writes good English
Can work full-time, preferably 7 days per week, around 8 hours per day
Is reliable, fast, and consistent
Communicates very well
Has a high EQ and works well with feedback
Is not difficult to work with
Wants long-term job security and stable income
Wants to grow inside the company
Has experience working with other serious D2C brands
Can take ownership and does not need constant hand-holding

This is not a basic video editing role.
We need someone who understands performance marketing and knows how to make creatives that help a D2C brand scale. You should be able to look at an ad and understand why it works or why it does not work.
