AI Video Content Producer (Higgsfield / AI Generation Tools) — Multi-Brand Creative Studio

We're a creative team that runs marketing and content for a portfolio of exciting brands, and we're scaling that up with AI-driven content production. We're looking for an AI Video Content Producer who can turn AI tools into scroll-stopping content across a range of different brands.

This is a new kind of role. You won't just be "editing videos" — you'll be producing original video and imagery using AI generation tools like Higgsfield (Seedance, Soul, Nano Banana), then finishing it into polished, on-brand content.

One week you might be working on a premium fashion brand, the next on something completely different. We'll teach you our workflow and give you each brand's guide. What we can't teach is taste — so what we're really hiring for is your eye, and your ability to nail a different brand's vibe every time.

What you'll do
Produce short-form video content (ads, social, product) using AI generation tools, primarily Higgsfield, across multiple brands
Generate and refine image assets — product shots, lifestyle, editorial
Run a concept ? image ? motion pipeline (static-to-video)
Adapt fast to each brand's identity, tone and visual system
Iterate quickly on feedback and keep everything tightly on-brand
Own your output volume and hit deadlines without hand-holding

Who you are
You have a genuine eye for video and composition — you instinctively know why a shot works
You can flex your style across different brands and aesthetics, not just one look
You've already experimented with AI generation tools (Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Midjourney, Sora, etc.) and you pick up new tools fast
You understand short-form/social formats and what actually performs
Strong written English and clear, proactive communication
A self-starter who can run with a brief

Nice to have
An editing or motion background (Premiere, CapCut, After Effects)
A portfolio of AI-generated video you made yourself

Details
Full-time, fully remote
A few hours of daily overlap with Central European Time (Netherlands)
Salary: $1.000 per month + 13th month pay
We cover all the AI tool credits — you bring the creativity
