Notion & Canva VA

Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive Administrative VA with strong Notion and Canva skills to help build and organize our internal team hubs and systems. You will create and structure Notion workspaces, design branded documents and SOPs in Canva, and support the creation of training materials. The right person is a self-starting all-rounder who takes initiative and can suggest better ways of doing things rather than waiting for instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and structure team hubs in Notion, including SOPs, training guides, and company calendars
- Design branded documents, SOPs, and templates in Canva
- Support the creation of training materials and training videos
- Keep workspaces clean, consistent, and easy to navigate
- Maintain documentation and resources so they stay current and organized
- Recommend improvements to layouts, processes, and systems
- Handle general back-end administrative tasks as needed
- Take ownership of projects and move them forward with minimal supervision

Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience building and organizing workspaces in Notion
- Strong Canva skills for branded documents, SOPs, and templates
- Solid administrative and organizational ability
- A proactive mindset that anticipates needs and suggests improvements
- Able to follow direction while also working independently and owning results
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Synthesia or similar training-video tools
- Background creating SOPs, training guides, or knowledge bases
- Experience supporting consultancies, agencies, or operations teams
- A good eye for layout, structure, and visual presentation
- Able to manage several projects at once
- Comfortable in a fast-growing, evolving environment
