The Ideal Candidate
We are not simply looking for someone to complete tasks.
We are looking for someone who is willing to invest the time to understand our mission, our audience, and the impact we are trying to create.
The ideal candidate is naturally curious and enjoys learning about people, organizations, leadership, communication, ministry, and community development.
You should enjoy taking complex concepts and making them easier for others to understand.
You are someone who asks thoughtful questions, seeks context before creating content, and strives to understand the needs, challenges, and perspectives of different audiences.
Because our work serves both ministry and marketplace audiences, the ideal candidate must be willing to learn how to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders—from pastors and ministry leaders to business executives, entrepreneurs, and organizational leaders.
You do not need extensive ministry experience. However, you should be open to learning how ministry audiences think, communicate, and engage with content.
Likewise, you should be comfortable understanding leadership, organizational development, and professional communication concepts commonly used within business and nonprofit environments.
The strongest candidates will demonstrate an ability to bridge these worlds and help translate valuable leadership and organizational principles into content that resonates with both audiences.
