Title: Content Marketing & Growth Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Content Marketing & Growth Manager to support the growth of Aether Wealth, a luxury wealth management and financial organization platform.

This role is ideal for someone who understands content marketing, social media growth, community engagement, influencer outreach, and brand positioning. The successful candidate will help execute our content strategy across multiple channels while maintaining a premium and professional brand image.

Responsibilities

* Schedule and publish approved content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and other channels
* Repurpose existing content into multiple formats
* Create captions and social media copy aligned with our luxury brand
* Assist with content planning and editorial calendars
* Research trending topics within personal finance, wealth management, and entrepreneurship
* Conduct influencer outreach and partnership research
* Identify opportunities for app reviews, product reviews, and media features
* Engage with online communities and respond to comments/messages when appropriate
* Research relevant podcasts, newsletters, blogs, and publications for outreach opportunities
* Track content performance and growth metrics
* Support marketing initiatives for additional businesses as needed

Requirements

* Strong written English
* Experience managing social media accounts professionally
* Understanding of content marketing and organic growth strategies
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Threads
* Experience using Canva, ChatGPT, CapCut, or similar tools
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability to work independently
* Professional communication skills
