Full-Time Virtual Assistant – YouTube Video Editing in VidRush"

I run multiple faceless YouTube channels and I'm looking for a full-time VA to join me in the editing process.

THE WORKFLOW
I generate videos using a tool called VidRush — an AI-powered video editing platform that only a limited number of people have access to. Once a video is generated, it comes out as a rough cut. This is where your job starts. VidRush makes mistakes: too much text on screen, black screens, unsharp images, or weird cuts. You go through the timeline, spot these issues, and fix them. On top of that, the hook (first 60 seconds) usually needs to be redone by swapping in better video clips that fit the niche. This is the most important part — viewers d ---------- to stay or leave in the hook.
Each video should take around 1–2 hours to review and polish.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR
- Someone who can start full-time right away (Monday–Saturday)
- Fluent English — clear, tight communication is the foundation of everything we do together
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and consistent — this is a long-term role, not a side gig
- Prior experience editing long-form YouTube videos is a big plus — if you have this, include URLs of recent videos you've edited in your application (doesn't need to be VidRush)

YOU DON'T NEED TO
- Know VidRush — I'll personally train and guide you through everything until you've got it down. The learning curve is short and once it clicks, the potential is massive.
- Source footage — everything is handled inside VidRush

COMPENSATION
- $350–$400/month base salary
- Performance bonus of $50–$100 per channel when it hits 1 million views (amount depends on channel performance)
- Bonuses grow as we add more channels to your workflow

WHAT GROWTH LOOKS LIKE
- You'll start with one channel. Once you're comfortable and consistent, we'll scale up to 5–8 channels together. We produce videos throughout the day so there's always work to do.
- Communication
