Lead Generation, Research & CRM Specialist – Luxury Travel & Private Aviation (Remote)

Evolve Enterprises Group is a growing luxury travel and private aviation company specializing in private jet charters, luxury travel experiences, villas, yachts, and high-end concierge services.

We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Lead Generation, Research & CRM Specialist to help us build and manage our prospect database, identify high-value opportunities, and support business development efforts.

This is a long-term remote position with opportunities to grow into additional responsibilities as the company expands.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospect Research
Research and build targeted prospect lists
Identify executive decision-makers including:
CEOs
Founders
CFOs
Executive Assistants
Chiefs of Staff
Board Members
Family Office Executives
Wealth Advisors
Event Directors
Real Estate Developers
Private Equity and Investment Professionals
Research company information:
Revenue
Industry
Headquarters
Company size
Growth indicators
Identify potential luxury travel and private aviation prospects
Data Enrichment & Verification
Find and verify business emails and contact information
Locate LinkedIn profiles and company websites
Enrich incomplete records with additional information
Research individuals using names, companies, screenshots, websites, social media profiles, or limited information
Verify contact information using tools such as:
Apollo
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
ZoomInfo
RocketReach
MillionVerifier
NeverBounce
Similar platforms
CRM & Database Management
Maintain organized prospect databases
Update and manage HubSpot CRM
Remove duplicate contacts
Organize and categorize records
Maintain lead status and notes
Assist with database cleanup and data quality initiatives
Additional Research Projects

From time to time, you may be asked to:

Research luxury hotels, destinations, restaurants, and travel experiences
Research event planners, executive assistants, and corporate travel decision-makers
Assist with special projects involving luxury travel and private aviation prospects
Requirements
Previous lead generation and prospect research experience
Strong internet research skills
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Strong spreadsheet and database management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written English
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable working with large datasets

Compensation

Starting budget: approximately $470–500 USD per month with opportunities for growth based on performance and responsibilities.
