Online Chat & Relationship Specialist (Remote – Full-Time)

We're looking for a full-time Chat Specialist to connect with potential customers and turn genuine conversations into sales.

At the heart of this role is communication. You'll be speaking with interested leads, earning their trust, and naturally guiding them toward a buying decision. This isn't copy-paste customer service — it's real, human conversation built around connection and results.

Every person you talk to is a warm lead who has already expressed interest. Your mission is to keep those conversations alive, create a real sense of rapport, and help that initial curiosity grow into a purchase.

What you'll be doing:

- Engage with potential customers and reply promptly
- Earn trust and keep conversations flowing over time
- Nurture relationships that ultimately drive sales
- Work within clear communication frameworks and guidelines
- Stay organised and consistent across every chat
- Hit daily activity and performance goals

Pay: $2.50/hr + 3% commission. Our best earners take home $1,200+ per month.
