Appointment Setter / Lead Coordinator - Work With AI Tools - $900 Base + $20 Per Shown Appt ($1,500-$3,000/mo)

The Opportunity
This is a remote, full-time, long-term role for a sharp, English-fluent coordinator who is great with AI tools and wants to earn based on results. If you are reliable, driven, and easy to work with, you can build a stable career with us.
We are University Volkswagen Mazda, a family-owned dealership in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in business since 1966. We sell Volkswagen and Mazda vehicles and live by three words: Simple. Fair. Easy. We have hired great people from the Philippines for years, we pay on time, and we train you completely.
Pay
$900 per month base, plus $20 for every appointment that shows up at the dealership. Solid performers land between $1,500 and $3,000 monthly. Your effort directly controls your income, and there is no cap on how many appointments you can set.
What You Will Do
Think of yourself as the engine room behind our sales team. Our AI systems handle much of the automated texting and emailing. You bring the human judgment: working leads, organizing follow-ups, confirming appointments, and keeping everything moving.

Follow up with interested Volkswagen and Mazda buyers
Lean on AI tools daily to write, summarize, and stay organized
Book and confirm appointments, then re-confirm so people actually arrive
Pass each customer to the right salesperson cleanly
Keep CRM notes and records sharp and current
Stay in constant contact with the sales team by text and chat

You Are A Great Fit If You Have

Outstanding English, written and spoken. Non-negotiable. Clear, natural, and professional communication is the heart of this job.
Real AI ability. You already work with ChatGPT or similar tools and you are fast and confident with them. This matters as much as anything else on this list.
A strong drive to earn. You are motivated by the fact that working harder and smarter puts more money in your pocket.
Total focus during your shift. You can hold a set schedule and work from a quiet, dedicated space with zero interruptions while on the clock.
A positive, drama-free attitude. We keep things upbeat, we support each other, and we get the work done.
A learner's mindset. You may not know cars or our systems yet. That is fine. We need someone who wants to improve every single week.
Dealership or BDC experience helps, but the right English and AI skills can outweigh it.

Logistics

Full-time, remote, long-term
Aligned to Mountain Time, roughly 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday
Stable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace required
Occasional light phone work, so spoken English counts
