The Role
You keep our sales department running. Our AI tools handle a lot of the texting and emailing, and you work right alongside them: managing leads, taking clean notes, coordinating with our salespeople, and turning leads into appointments that show up.
Day to day you will:

Work and follow up with customer leads for Volkswagen and Mazda
Use AI tools every day to draft messages, summarize, and stay organized
Set, confirm, and re-confirm appointments so customers actually show up
Hand each customer off smoothly to the right salesperson
Keep our CRM accurate with notes and updates
Coordinate with the sales team by text and chat all day

Who We Are Looking For

Excellent written and spoken English. Non-negotiable. You must communicate clearly, naturally, and professionally. We have hired people whose English was not strong enough, and we cannot do that again.
Strong AI skills. You already use tools like ChatGPT in your work and you are good at it. This is one of the most important parts of the job.
Self-motivated and hungry to earn. Your income grows with your effort, and you love that.
Reliable and fully focused during work hours. You can commit to a fixed daily schedule and a quiet, dedicated workspace with no interruptions while on the clock.
Cheerful and easy to work with. We are a no-drama team. We work hard, stay positive, and support each other.
Coachable. You want to get better every single week.
Automotive or BDC experience is a plus, not a requirement.

The Details

Full-time, remote, long-term
Hours align with dealership time: roughly 9 AM to 6 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Saturday
Reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace required
Some light phone work, so clear spoken English matters
Paid training provided
