Cold Email Marketing Manager

We are a fast-growing AI email marketing company. Our platform uses AI bots to write hyper-personalized outreach emails on behalf of our clients - and we need an experienced professional to help make our campaigns as productive as possible. Client facing experience is desired but not essential.

This is a full-time remote position paying $250 per week ($1,000/month) - a highly competitive salary. If you are fluent in English, have a passion for marketing, and love helping clients succeed, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Onboard new clients and guide them through setting up their AI email campaigns
- Help clients craft and refine their AI prompts to produce high-converting, on-brand copy
- Review and maintain client knowledge bases so the AI generates accurate, personalized emails
- Review AI-generated email output for quality, tone, and accuracy before campaigns go live
- Monitor campaign results and prepare clear performance reports for clients
- Proactively communicate with clients via email, messaging, and calls to ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve client results and flag issues before they become problems


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Expert-level English, both written and verbal. Your written communication must be polished, professional, and persuasive. This is non-negotiable.
- Strong marketing copywriting instincts - you understand what makes an email compelling, and you can spot weak copy and fix it by updating the prompts in the clients bot and reviewing the outputs until it is as good as it can be.
- Client-facing experience in managing cold email campaigns.
- Comfortable with AI tools - curiosity and aptitude for working with AI platforms, prompts, and workflows (prior experience a plus but not required)
- Highly organized and self-directed - you manage multiple clients without dropping the ball and don't need to be chased for updates
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional environment for client calls


COMPENSATION & SETUP

Pay: $250/week (~$1,000/month)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week (11am - 7pm UK Time)
Location: Remote, Philippines-based
Contract: Long-term, stable ongoing role
