**About Urban Stay**
Urban Stay is a fast-growing UK property management and serviced accommodation company. We help landlords, property owners, serviced accommodation operators, and investors manage their properties, increase bookings, and reduce their workload.
We are looking for a reliable, organised, and confident virtual assistant to help us find potential clients, contact them, follow up, and book meetings for our sales team.
**Your Main Role**
Your job will be to find property owners and potential clients, reach out to them, and book appointments for Urban Stay.
You will be helping us grow our management portfolio by finding leads and starting conversations with people who may need property management, Airbnb management, serviced accommodation support, or direct booking support.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Find new leads online using Google,
* Build lead lists with names, company names,
* Contact potential clients by
* Send outreach messages using scripts we provide
* Follow up with leads regularly
* Qualify leads and check if they are suitable for Urban Stay
* Book meetings or calls for the sales team
* Keep all leads and notes updated in our CRM or spreadsheet
* Report daily activity, replies, booked calls, and follow-ups
* Help improve outreach messages based on what is working
**Who We Are Looking For**
We need someone who is:
* Very organised and reliable
* Confident with online research
* Good at finding
* Comfortable sending messages and following up
* Good written English
* Able to follow a clear system
* Not afraid of rejection
* Consistent every day
* Able to work without constant supervision
* Honest and good at reporting progress
**Experience That Would Help**
Experience in any of these areas would be a bonus:
* Lead generation
* Cold
* LinkedIn outreach

* Real estate or property
* Airbnb / serviced accommodation
* B2B sales support
* CRM systems
* Google Sheets
Experience is helpful, but the most important thing is that you are hungry, reliable, and willing to learn.
**What Success Looks Like**
You will be expected to:
* Find quality property-related leads every day
* Send outreach messages daily
* Follow up with old leads
* Book qualified calls for the sales team
* Keep the CRM/spreadsheet clean and updated
* Give a clear daily report of work completed
