# Facebook Ads Specialist (Property / Airbnb Education Brand)

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Facebook Ads Specialist based to support a fast-growing personal brand and property education business.

Our brand specialises in:

* Airbnb investing
* hands-off Airbnb setup services
* Airbnb deal sourcing
* property education and coaching
* luxury short-term rental investments in the UK & Dubai

We are looking for someone who understands how to create and manage Meta ad campaigns that generate:

* qualified leads
* webinar/VSL registrations
* booked calls
* low-ticket product sales
* brand awareness and engagement

## Responsibilities

* Create, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
* Monitor and optimise ad performance daily
* Test creatives, hooks, audiences, and copy
* Assist with retargeting campaigns
* Work alongside our operations/backend team
* Provide basic reporting and insights on campaign performance
* Help improve cost per lead and conversion performance over time

## Ideal Candidate

* Experienced with Meta Ads Manager
* Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
* Familiar with coaching/personal brand businesses
* Understands VSL/webinar funnels
* Proactive


* Available during at least partial UK working hours
* Able to communicate clearly via WhatsApp
