Etsy VA – Product Listing Editing

Hi, I’m looking for fulltime reliable Virtual Assistants to help with my e-commerce business.

The role will mainly involve product image editing and customer support. Training will be provided, so you do not need to know everything already, but you must be willing to learn, follow instructions carefully, and work consistently.

For the image editing side, your daily tasks may include editing product photos to make them look different from the original images. This can include changing backgrounds, rotating or flipping images, adjusting the layout, changing the model if a model is present, and adding size charts for clothing-related products. The goal is to make the product images look clean, professional, and suitable for an online store.

You will also help with customer support. This includes replying to customer messages, helping customers with their questions, and updating delivery or tracking information using spreadsheets. Clear communication and attention to detail are very important for this part of the role.

This role could be ideal for someone who works with a partner or a small team. If you are selected for the customer service role, support may be needed 7 days a week, so the work could be split between two people.

Main Tasks
- Edit product photos for an e-commerce store
- Change image backgrounds
- Rotate, crop, and flip images
- Change the model in product images when needed
- Add size charts for clothing products
- Make product images look different from the original
- Reply to customer messages
- Help customers with order questions
- Update delivery/tracking information in spreadsheets
- Follow instructions and complete tasks on time

Requirements
- Stable internet connection
- Good written English
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Basic photo editing experience preferred
- Customer support experience is a bonus
- Able to follow step-by-step instructions
- Reliable and honest
- Training

Preferred Experience
- Experience with product photo editing
- Experience using AI image editing or AI manipulation tools
- Ability to change backgrounds, models, layouts, and image styles
- Experience creating clean e-commerce product images
- Applicants with both photo editing experience and AI image manipulation experience will be strongly favoured

Training will be provided for the tasks, especially for image editing style, customer replies, and spreadsheet updates. I’m looking for someone who can grow with the business long term.
