Growth Marketing Consultant (Project-Based) – ET Prosperity Group

About Us

ET Prosperity Group is a growing financial education and credit recovery company based in Atlanta, Georgia. We help individuals improve their financial confidence through credit education, financial recovery strategies, tax support, and business funding preparation.

We are currently in a startup growth phase and are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Consultant who can help us evaluate, improve, and optimize our current marketing systems.

Position Type
Project-Based / Part-Time Contractor

Hourly Rate
$5–$9 USD per hour, depending on experience, scope, and demonstrated results.

Please note: We are a startup company and want to be transparent that our current budget does not support senior-level agency rates. We are looking for someone who understands how to work within a growing business environment and can provide practical, high-impact recommendations.

What We Need Help With

* Marketing strategy review
* Funnel optimization
* Lead generation recommendations
* CRM workflow evaluation (GoHighLevel)
* Conversion improvement suggestions
* Email and SMS nurture strategy
* Ad campaign feedback and optimization
* Customer journey analysis

Ideal Candidate

* Experience with GoHighLevel
* Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization
* Experience working with startups or small businesses
* Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions
* Strong communication and reporting skills

What Success Looks Like

We are not looking for someone to simply “manage marketing.”

We are looking for someone who can help us:

* Improve lead flow
* Increase consultation bookings
* Improve conversion rates
* Create scalable systems and workflows
