booking concierge & inbound sales rep

We are looking for a friendly, conversational sales person - who can turn warm leads into booked stays at a high end short-term rental resort. Monitor and respond to all inbound inquires across Instagram, DM, Facebook, emails, website submissions. Qualify guest needs and recommend the right property. Check live availability in OwnerRez and share accurate pricing. Answer potential guests questions and guide them across the finish line to book. Which may be from our website, ---------- , Airbnb, vrbo, etc. Manage giveaways, coordinate with influencers and content creators. Escalate VIP inquiries or anything unusual to the owner directly. You will be working directly with the owner and must work a part of the day in Eastern Time Zone, NY.
