Outbound Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — US Hotels (Night Shift, Base + Bonus)

We're a US startup motel4.ai that answers phone calls for small hotels & motels using AI.
Job: call US motel owners, start a real conversation, and book them a short demo.
You are NOT closing or selling — you just open the door and book the meeting.

WHO YOU ARE
- Clear, neutral, easy-to-understand English (we will test this — it's the #1 thing)
- You've done outbound cold calling or BPO before (US accounts a plus)
- Thick skin. You understand 90% say no and that's normal.
- Reliable internet + a quiet space + a good headset
- Comfortable with US night-shift hours (US daytime = PH night)

THE WORK
- 60+ dials/day to US motel/hotel owners (we give you the list + dialer + script)
- Goal: book 3–5 qualified demos/day onto the founder's calendar
- Log every call in our CRM (we train you — it's simple)
- Weekly: we review your calls together and improve the script

PAY
- $1.5/hour base
- + $2 for every qualified demo booked
- Paid bi-weekly. Long-term role — we're scaling, first hire grows with us.
