We're Auckland Movers & Storage, a professional moving and storage company based in Auckland, New Zealand with a 4.5-star Google rating and 420+ reviews.
We're looking for a confident, well-spoken outbound caller to help us build partnerships with Auckland businesses — property managers, real estate agents, storage companies, furniture retailers, and more. These businesses regularly send clients who need moving services, and we want to be their go-to recommendation.
This is not a hard-sell role. You're introducing us and booking a short meeting. That's it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Call Auckland businesses from a pre-built lead list (we provide it — no prospecting required)
Use a clear, provided script adapted to each industry
Book 15-minute introductory meetings with our business development manager
Update a Google Sheet after every call (outcome, notes, follow-up date)
Send a short daily summary via
Target: 15–20 calls per session, 3 hours per day, Monday to Thursday
HOURS
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 9:30am Philippines time (10:00am – 1:30pm NZT)
This is a fixed window — NZ business hours are non-negotiable for this role. If this time doesn't work for your schedule, please don't apply.
PAY
USD $7/hr base pay
Bonus: NZD $10 per qualified meeting that actually takes place (not just booked — it has to happen)
Starts as a 1-week paid trial at the same rate. If it's a good fit for both sides, we continue long-term.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Clear, natural spoken English — you'll be speaking with New Zealand business owners and managers. They need to understand you easily on the first listen.
Experience in outbound calling, telesales, or B2B appointment setting (at least 1 year)
Comfortable working independently from a script while still sounding natural
Reliable, fast internet and a quiet place to call from
Organised — the tracking sheet must be updated same day, every day
Responsive on
Nice to have: Experience calling Australian or New Zealand businesses
