Video Reels Creator (AI Content)

We create short vertical reels (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) for our AI model brands, and we're looking for a fast, reliable creator to make them every day. You do NOT need editing experience — we train you with complete step-by-step SOPs. What we really want is someone hungry, consistent, and quick to learn.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Create short vertical reels by following our SOPs and templates
- Build up to a target of at least 3 reels per hour once you're trained
- Follow our format for hooks, captions, audio, and timing
- Keep your files organized and submit your work on schedule
- Check in with us daily

SCHEDULE & PAY
- 3 USD/hour to start, plus performance bonuses for hitting your volume and quality targets
- Hours: US daytime — this means working OVERNIGHT here in the Philippines
- 7 days per week (we can discuss a rest day for the right person)
- Long-term role with the chance to grow into a team lead as we scale

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- A reliable computer and fast, stable internet (plus a backup connection)
- Able to work US daytime / PH overnight hours consistently
- Learns fast and follows instructions exactly
- Detail-oriented — you don't cut corners
- Wants steady, long-term work, not a quick side gig
- No editing experience required (knowing CapCut is a plus, but not needed)
