Hiring: Credit Repair Dispute Specialist

KD Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Credit Repair Dispute Specialist to join our growing team. If you have experience analyzing credit reports, drafting effective dispute letters, and helping clients improve their credit profiles, we'd love to hear from you.

Position: Credit Repair Dispute Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract
Location: Remote
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience + performance incentives

Responsibilities:
Review and analyze client credit reports from all three major bureaus.
Identify inaccurate, outdated, unverifiable, or erroneous items for dispute.
Prepare and submit dispute letters to credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies.
Track dispute progress and maintain accurate client records.
Communicate updates and recommendations to clients.
Ensure compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
Maintain confidentiality of client information.
Meet productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in credit repair, credit consulting, or financial services preferred.
Strong understanding of FCRA, FDCPA, and CROA regulations.
Excellent written communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously.
Proficiency with credit repair software (Credit Repair Cloud experience is a plus).
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
Experience drafting Metro 2 compliance disputes.
Knowledge of consumer credit reporting and scoring models.
Customer service and client relationship management experience.
Familiarity with identity theft and fraud-related disputes.
