# Lead Generation Specialist – Wholesale Real Estate

## About Us

CPN Housing LLC is a growing wholesale real estate company focused on acquiring off-market properties and creating win-win solutions for homeowners. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to help build and maintain a consistent pipeline of motivated seller leads.

## Position Overview

The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for researching, identifying, and organizing potential motivated seller leads. This role is critical to the success of our acquisitions team by ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects for follow-up and contract negotiations.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, tech-savvy, and capable of working independently while meeting daily lead generation goals.

## Responsibilities

* Research and identify motivated seller leads.
* Build targeted lead lists based on company criteria.
* Locate off-market property opportunities.
* Identify absentee owners, vacant properties, tired landlords, probate leads, tax-delinquent properties, and high-equity homeowners.
* Gather and verify property owner information.
* Skip trace property owners when needed.
* Upload and manage lead data within CRM systems.
* Maintain accurate records and notes.
* Remove duplicate and inaccurate records.
* Update lead statuses and organize pipelines.
* Provide daily and weekly lead generation reports.
* Work closely with the acquisitions team to ensure lead quality.

## Requirements

* Previous lead generation experience preferred.
* Experience in wholesale real estate is a plus.
* Strong research and data entry skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Comfortable using CRM software.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Reliable internet connection and computer.
* Ability to meet daily production goals.
* Self-motivated and results-driven.

## Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Generate 100–200+ qualified leads daily.
* Maintain accurate and organized CRM records.
* Achieve weekly lead generation goals.
* Deliver consistent lead quality.
* Provide timely reporting and updates.

## Compensation

* Hourly Pay: $4–$8 per hour (based on experience)
* Performance bonuses available for high-quality leads that result in appointments or contracts.
