VIRTUAL ASSISTANT POSITION

Natrabella Skincare Day Spa is looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Virtual Assistant to support our growing beauty and education brand. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, professional, tech-savvy, and passionate about social media, client communication, and content creation.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in the beauty industry, understands social media marketing, and can help us stay connected with our clients and online community.

Responsibilities:

Client Communication
• Send and respond to emails professionally
• Send text message follow-ups to clients
• Call clients to confirm and schedule appointments
• Follow up with clients after appointments
• Request Google and social media reviews from clients
• Assist with customer service inquiries

Social Media & Content Creation
• Create and schedule Instagram posts
• Create engaging reels and short-form video content
• Edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
• Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva
• Assist with captions, hooks, hashtags, and social media engagement
• Repurpose content across multiple platforms

Community Management
• Post announcements and updates inside Telegram community groups
• Engage with members in online communities
• Help keep the community active and organized
• Promote classes, services, events, and offers inside groups

Administrative & Marketing Support
• Assist with organization and daily business tasks
• Keep track of follow-ups and client communication
• Help maintain consistent posting and marketing schedules
• Use ChatGPT to assist with captions, content ideas, emails, and workflows
• Must know how to use Go High Level (GHL)
• Manage leads inside Go High Level
• Send automated text and email campaigns
• Set up workflows and follow-up sequences
• Manage pipeline updates and appointment reminders
• Track leads, bookings, and customer interactions

Qualifications:
• Must know how to use Canva
• Must know how to edit videos and create reels
• Must know how to use ChatGPT effectively
• Must know how to use Go High Level (GHL)
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Telegram, and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in the beauty industry is a plus

Preferred Skills:
• Social media management experience
• Experience using scheduling platforms
• Customer service experience
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing
• Knowledge of the esthetician or beauty industry
