We're hiring an experienced setter to join a growing, performance-driven team. This role suits a professional who knows how to handle warm conversations, work within a process, and wants dependable base pay alongside genuine commission upside.
You'll engage warm leads through Instagram, email, and text messaging — building rapport, qualifying prospects, and booking high-quality appointments for our closers. Every lead is sourced from our content, ads, and targeting systems, so this is relationship-driven work, not cold outreach.
Compensation & Growth

Base salary: $250/month (sliding scale), paid bi-weekly via Wise or PayPal
Commission: $50 per closed deal
Tiered bonuses: $100 / $200 / $300 / $500 at 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 closes
Estimated earnings: ~$600 (5) up to ~$1,750+ (20) monthly

Responsibilities

Manage outbound and inbound DM conversations
Qualify prospects using established scripts
Book qualified appointments and follow up consistently
Maintain accurate KPIs and notes in the CRM
Meet daily and weekly booking targets
Partner with team leads to refine scripts and conversion rates

Requirements

Near-native written and spoken English
Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent
Reliable high-speed internet with a backup connection
Professional home office and U.S. business-hours availability
Comfortable with 100–200+ DMs per day
Bonus: proficiency in Go High Level, Notion, or similar CRM structures
