Are you reliable, sharp on the keyboard, and ready to grow with a high-performance team? We're looking for a full-time setter who shows up, follows the process, and gets paid for it.
No cold spam here. You'll be working warm leads from our content and targeting system — building rapport, pre-qualifying, and booking calls onto the sales calendar. If you've set before and you respect a system, you'll do well.
The Pay

$250/month base (bi-weekly via Wise or PayPal)
$50 per close
Bonuses stack: $100 at 5 closes, $200 at 10, $300 at 15, $500 at 20
Real-world: 10 deals ? $950, 15 ? $1,300, 20 ? $1,750+

The Day-to-Day

Send and manage 100–200+ DMs across Instagram, email, and text
Qualify prospects with proven scripts
Book appointments and follow up daily
Track your numbers in the CRM and KPI sheet
Work with team leads to sharpen scripts and conversions

You're a Fit If You Have

Near-native English, written and spoken
Strong people skills and consistency
Solid internet with a backup connection
A professional home setup and U.S.-hours availability
Bonus: you already know Go High Level, Notion, or another CRM

This is a long-term role with clear pay growth based on tenure — not a short-term gig.
