The Mission

Own the agent recruiting pipeline end to end. Source the talent, run the conversations, and close. Every signed agent is a direct line to revenue — and we’ll know exactly how good you are by how full your pipeline stays and how many producers you bring through the door.

What You’ll Own

• Aggressive, high-volume sourcing across Fort Lauderdale and beyond — phone, text, social, events, referrals
• Selling the vision with conviction: elite tech stack, Zillow lead flow, LPT’s comp structure, and a team engineered to win
• Driving candidates from first touch to signed and onboarded with zero leakage
• Crushing monthly recruiting targets — and then resetting the bar
