We are looking for a highly skilled Website Developer & CRM Specialist Virtual Assistant who can help build, optimize, and maintain our online presence while creating systems that convert visitors into customers.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the Tufting Together website, Content creation and Editing, improving user experience, implementing CRM systems, building sales funnels, and creating effective calls-to-action that increase workshop bookings, custom rug inquiries, and course sales.

This role combines website development, digital marketing, CRM management, automation, and customer journey optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Website Development
Design, build, and maintain the Tufting Together website
Optimize website speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness
Create landing pages for:
Workshops
Custom Rug Orders
DIY Tufting Kits
Online Courses
Community Events
Implement booking and scheduling functionality
Maintain website security and updates
Improve SEO performance
CRM Management
Set up and manage CRM systems
Create lead capture forms
Organize customer data and segmentation
Build customer pipelines and workflows
Track inquiries, leads, bookings, and conversions
Create automated follow-up systems
Marketing Funnels & Automation
Develop customer journey funnels from awareness to purchase
Build email nurture campaigns
Create automated sequences for:
New leads
Workshop attendees
Custom rug inquiries
Course participants
Reduce lead leakage and improve conversion rates
